Since 2008, the IUSSI (North-west European section, and all other sections world wide) no longer handles subscriptions to Insectes Sociaux. Birkhauser has taken over direct handling of all subscriptions from individuals. With the new arrangement, Sections will no longer have any responsibility for collecting subscriptions, handling money, negotiating complaints, etc. Birkhauser will communicate directly with subscribers concerning renewals .
