Errata, Corrigenda & Addenda to the Information & Program book

Inevitably there are a few errors that have crept into the Information & Program book, and chages that have happened after it was sent to the printers. The on-line version of the Information & Abstract book will be kept updated, as far as possible, but the printed version requires a few errata, corrigenda and addenda, which can be found on here.

PowerPoint presentations should be prepared for or checked in PowerPoint 2003, not PowerPoint 97. The importers for PowerPoint 2007 are also installed, so PowerPoint 2007 presentations should, however, work fine.
