How to register

This page gives an overview of how the registration procedure will work, including accommodation and excursion options.
The general procedure is as follows:
1) Look at the accommodation options, and decide which hotel/hostel which you would like to use, if any, and your arrival and departure dates.
2) Look at the excursions offered on Wednesday 11 August, and decide which one, if any, you would like to book.
3) Proceed with registration:
i) Choose the type of registration you require, and click on the appropriate link.
ii) Fill in your personal details.
iii) Click "continue"...
iv) Choose your accommodation (if required) and select check-in and check-out dates, click "continue"...
v) Depending on your accommodation choice, select single or double room, click "continue"...
vi) Choose whether you will attend the banquet, and select any excursions that you would like to book, click "continue"...
vii) You will now see a summary of your registration details and the accommodation and social events you have booked. Check these carefully, and go back to alter them if appropriate.
viii) When the summary accurately reflects your details and choices, click "continue"...
ix) You will then be taken to the external cedit-card processing site.
