Accommodation details

Here is an overview of the accommodation that can be booked during the registration process, and for which we have reserved rooms. The prices given below are per standard room per night for the period of the congress. In those cases where two prices are given for a room, the second (higher) price is the price per night from 11-13 August, which coincides with the opening of Copenhagen fashion week 2010. Copenhagen is a popular destination during the summer, and will be particularly crowded during fashion week, so we recommend booking this reserved accommodation or booking early if you decide to find your own accommodation.

N.B. Booking of accommodation via the web site closed on 1 July 2010

You can find out a little more about each option by clicking on the name of the hotel or type of room.

If you would like to arrange shared accommodation, most hotels have twin rooms, and the Wakeup Copenhagen and Danhostel Copenhagen City have rooms with 3-8 beds. You will need to organize yourself who you share with, and make sure that only one person books your accommodation (as all booking is per room, not per bed). If you would like to share accommodation, but do not have colleagues with whom you can share, we suggest that you post a message on the IUSSI2010 user forums or on the IUSSI2010 facebook group and seek room-mates there.
